My dabbox has survived many drops (10+). After chipping the first glass tube, I cut the end off a baby bottle nipple, and used it so I wouldn't cut my lips. Then I bought another one. If it ever falls in the tube, you can be assured that it will shatter.
As much as I use the DaBox, it is nice to have clean spare parts!. I've actually broke this piece while attempting to clean it while still installed. If you must have a DaBox then you should have a backup glass chamber. Its a musst
