• Will the top cap be cracked again?

  We use a new and stable material to manufacture the top cap. If your top cap cracked, it maybe the old version and please contact us directly. We will send a new one for free.

• What’s the green pick on the alternate body?

  It’s used to adjust the airflow. Raise or push the airflow adjuster to control the amount of air taken into the device.

• How to turn off the buzzer?

  When the device is power off, long press the on/off button and up button to enter buzzer adjustment interface. For more information, please visit the ALTERNATE user manual. 

• Is it possible to charge by the USB cable?

  ALTERNATE is a hybrid vaporizer with a replaceable 18650 batteries. It has a USB port and can be used for charging and updating firmware.
